WhatsApp appointment booking for clinics
Your patients already message your clinic on WhatsApp. NaadiOS answers them and books the visit, even after the clinic has closed for the night.
How a booking works
- The patient messages your clinic’s WhatsApp number — “Is the doctor available tomorrow?”
- The bot asks for what it needs: name, whether it’s a follow-up or a new concern, and the department if you run several.
- It offers real open slots from your doctor’s schedule. The patient picks one.
- The appointment is booked at once, with a token number, and lands in your front desk’s live queue.
- An hour before the visit, the patient gets a reminder on WhatsApp.
What it takes off your front desk
- Missed calls stop being missed patients. Questions about timings, fees and directions are answered automatically.
- No double-booking. The bot books into real slots, the same ones your staff see.
- One queue. WhatsApp bookings, walk-ins and phone calls share the same tokens.
- Fewer no-shows. Reminders go out on their own, and confirmations update the book without anyone calling back.
- Follow-ups come back. Patients due for a review are reminded and can reply YES to rebook.
Nothing for patients to install
Patients use the WhatsApp they already have. When a patient first messages your clinic, they give a one-time opt-in, and every reminder and receipt uses WhatsApp-approved message templates. We set up and verify your WhatsApp business number during onboarding.
More than a booking bot
The booking is the start of one record. The same visit flows into the front-desk queue, the doctor’s notes, billing with receipts sent on WhatsApp, and the follow-up — so nothing is copied from one register to another.
Pricing
WhatsApp booking is included in every plan, with no per-patient or per-booking charge. A single clinic starts at ₹6,900 a month. See full pricing.
