Setup covers onboarding, importing your existing records, provisioning and verifying the WhatsApp business number, getting message templates approved, and training your staff on site. It is real work with a real cost and is charged on every plan, monthly or annual.

There is no per-patient fee and no per-booking fee. The price does not change with how many appointments you take or how many reminders and receipts the system sends. Exporting your data, at any time including on the day you leave, is free.
NaadiOS is not registered under GST. No GST is charged or collected on any of the amounts above, and the prices shown are the total payable. Should NaadiOS become liable to register in future, any tax would be shown separately on your invoice and notified before it first applies.
Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, by the cycle you choose. Setup is invoiced once, before onboarding begins. Payments are accepted by UPI, card, net banking and bank transfer through our payment provider; card details are handled by the provider and are never stored by NaadiOS.
Your rate is held for twelve months from the day you sign. Any change after that is announced at least 60 days in advance.
